The Islamic Republic of Pakistan is a country in South Asia. It is located at the crossroads of South Asia, Central Asia, and the Middle East. The capital is Islamabad, formerly Karachi.

The Hunza Valley

Hunza Valley is a spectacular, mountainous region located in the northern Pakistan. It is nestled among the imposing Karakoram Mountains, along the Hunza River. The Karakoram Highway is a 194-kilometer section of road that crosses the Hunza Valley, also known as the "eighth wonder of the world", connecting Pakistan with China and offering one of the most spectacular mountain drives on the planet.

The Kalash tribe

The Kalash are a mountainous tribe of Pakistan. They differ from their neighboring tribes, both ethnologically and sociologically, as their religion is an amalgam of animism, polytheism and proto-Hinduism.

They attribute this differentiation to the fact that they have Greek origin, since they consider their tribe to be distant descendants of the armies of Alexander the Great. Are they descendants of Alexander the Great's soldiers?
